Tasks:
Your main tasks in the sought-after position include activities
in order and invoice processing
in purchasing and stock management
office management and organisation
You will take on commercial-administrative and organisational tasks: e.g.
making and communicating phone calls
processing mail, scheduling appointments
processing orders, monitoring stocks
obtain quotations, submit after pre-sorting
record receipts, conduct external and internal correspondence
monitor appointments, compile documents for meetings and presentations
You know the areas of responsibility of the staff and are informed about all important topics in the house.
