Office Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Tasks:

Your main tasks in the sought-after position include activities

  • in order and invoice processing
  • in purchasing and stock management
  • office management and organisation

You will take on commercial-administrative and organisational tasks: e.g.

  • making and communicating phone calls
  • processing mail, scheduling appointments
  • processing orders, monitoring stocks
  • obtain quotations, submit after pre-sorting
  • record receipts, conduct external and internal correspondence
  • monitor appointments, compile documents for meetings and presentations

You know the areas of responsibility of the staff and are informed about all important topics in the house.
