Peracetic acid for food production and processing, hygienic washing of fruit and vegetables, cold fogging
Application:
- Wofasteril L special is suitable for the hygienisation of all media coming into contact with food of animal or plant origin (surfaces, liquids, air) as well as for the hygienisation of plants, pipelines, tanks and all auxiliary materials, nutrient media, machines and equipment.
- Ideally suited for improving air hygiene in areas of primary food production and processing. Effectiveness verified in accordance with IHO standards.
