Wofasteril® MZ
Peracetic acid for rinsing milking equipment
Application:
- After application, the active ingredient decomposes into acetic acid and water, so that no rinsing is necessary.
- The concentration results in a range of 4500 - 5200 rinses.
- Odour and corrosiveness of the rinsing solutions are minimised by combining Wofasteril® MZ with the additive alcapur® E in a ratio of 1:2 (1 part Wofasteril® MZ + 2 parts alcapur® E). Alcapur® E does not contain any surfactants.
- All components are approved as food additives.
- Application in the combination method (Wofasteril® MZ + alcapur® E = 1:2) possible
